CCRM Spring 2013 Workshop: Building Local Government Capacity in Coastal Resource Management
A workshop will be held at VIMS for local government staff, advisory board members, marine contractors, permitting agents, environmental consultants, and anyone else interested in coastal resources management in the Commonwealth. Speakers include VIMS CCRM scientists, and VMRC engineers.

- Comprehensive Coastal Resource Management Plans (CCRMP)
- Roll-out of completed CCRMPs and website portal
- Overview of CCRMP educational opportunities
- Living Shorelines General Permit Update
- General Assembly Update
- Regulatory Fidelity Study
- Recurrent Flooding Study Update
Workshop fee: $25.00 per registrant (includes lunch). Deadline for registration April 19, 2013.
