The CE fee is due for no shows and cancellations made after the reservation deadline, including nonmembers and guests.
Meal choices and timely service are not guaranteed for late registrants, late arrivals or walk-ins.
Program, speakers & meals are subject to change
Payment does not constitute a registration, always register to avoid late or walk-in fees
Dietary restrictions can be accommodated for advance registrants upon request. Include a note to PDSC when you register.
Substitutes are welcome! Send your own or contact the club office to be a substitute or to request a substitute.
If you cannot attend, please call the club office so we can make room for another member.
