• No-shows, including your guests, employees and colleagues, are billed to the person who made the reservation or the member at the clinic. 
• Nonmember veterinarians and technicians who have not paid may be billed to the member at their clinic.  
• Menus and programs are subject to change.  
• Dietary restrictions can be accommodated upon request with advance notice.  These are special meals ordered in advance.  You will be provided with a meal ticket at the meeting for your meal.
