- Substitutes are welcome: Send a substitute if you have to cancel after the deadline. Or, you can contact the SAVMA office to see if we can get one for you.
- No-shows, including your guests, employees and colleagues, are billed to the person who made the reservation or the member at the clinic.
- Nonmember veterinarians may be billed to the member at their clinic.
- Menu and program are subject to change.
- Dietary restrictions can be accommodated upon request with advance notice. These are special meals ordered in advance. You will be provided with a meal ticket at the meeting for your meal.
