• Cancellations made after the deadline are subject to billing.  
• Substitutes are welcome:  Send a substitute if you have to cancel after the deadline.  Late fees and nonmember rates apply.
• No-shows, including your guests, employees and colleagues, are billed to the person who made the reservation or the member at the clinic.  
• Nonmember veterinarians may be billed to the member at their clinic.  
• Menu and program are subject to change.  
• Dietary restrictions can be accommodated with advance notice.  These are special meals ordered in advance.  You will be provided with a meal ticket at the meeting for your meal.
