Friendly Reminder of the PDSC CE Registration Policies

• The CE fee is due for cancellations made after the reservation deadline.  (You may send a substitute in your place.)  
• Meals & timely service are not guaranteed for late registrants, late arrivals or walk-ins
• Program, speakers & meals are subject to change 
• No-shows, including guests, are billed
• Late and walk-in rates apply to all late registrants and walk-ins. If your registration isn't confirmed, you aren't registered.
• Payment does not constitute a registration, always register to avoid late or walk-in fees
• New Billing Policy
  Those who have not paid their CE fees within 30 days after a CE meeting will be invoiced for the CE fee plus a billing fee of $20.
