- Substitutes are welcome: Send a substitute if you have to cancel after the deadline. Late fees and nonmember rates apply.
- No-shows, including guests, employees and colleagues, are billed to the person who made the reservation or the member.
- Members may invite one non-member veterinarian per year to attend at the non-member rate after which the non-member rate applies.
- Menu and program are subject to change. Dietary restrictions can be accommodated with advance notice only.
