• If you registered and are unable to attend, cancel before the registration deadline to avoid being charged.  
• Registration fees are due if your cancellation is made after the registration deadline.  
• If you can't attend, you may send a substitute to fill your spot.  Let the SAVMA office know who your substitute is (member or technician name.)   The nonmember rate applies if your substitute is a nonmember veterinarian.   The late fee applies if your original registration was a late registration.
• No-shows are billed to the member including member technicians, member's guests and associates 
• The member rate is offered to first time attendees regardless of membership status (the late fee applies for all late registrants and walk-ins) 
• The menu and CE program topic and speaker are subject to change. 
• Payment is not a registration.   Register to avoid late or walk-in fees.
