Beef:  Herb Seared beef tenderloin, blue cheese mashed potato, grilled asparagus, caramelized onion and port wine demi & confit tomato.

Fish:  Herb marinated grilled salmon, Yukon whipped potato, grilled asparagus, confit tomato, red onion marmalade with candied lemon zest, pink peppercorn beurre blanc.

Vegan:  Grilled tofu with portabella mushrooms, cauliflower grits, grilled asparagus, confit tomato, and lemon leek vin

Dessert:  Fantastic Carrot Cake          All with bread, butter, coffees, teas

• No-shows and late cancellations, including guests, are billed to the member who makes the reservation. Late fees and billing fees may apply. 
• Members may send substitutes, but the nonmember rate applies to nonmembers as do billing & late fees. 
• Late registration fees apply to everyone:  late registrants and walk-ins
• Meal selections and timely service for late registrants, walk-ins or late arrivals cannot be guaranteed
• CE Speakers, Sponsors, Meal Selections & Dates are subject to change
• Members’ guests may attend at the member rate at their first PDSC meeting, after this the non-member rate applies
• Payment by mail is appreciated but be sure to register to avoid walk-in fees
