Reminders
- If you registered and are unable to attend, cancel as early as possible.
- No-shows are billed to the member.
- Vet Tech, guest and colleague no-shows are billed to the member at the clinic where they work.
- Members may invite one non-member veterinarian per year to attend at the non-member rate after which the non-member rate applies.
- Menu and program are subject to change.
- Cancellations made after the registration deadline are subject to billing.
- First-time applicants for membership will enjoy membership through the end of the year.
- Check in at registration and always sign in so that we have a formal record of your attendance.
- If you can't attend, you may send a substitute to fill your spot
- Payment is not a registration. Always register to avoid late or walk-in fees
