Reminders

  • If you registered and are unable to attend, cancel as early as possible. 
  • No-shows are billed to the member.   
  • Vet Tech, guest and colleague no-shows are billed to the member at the clinic where they work. 
  • Members may invite one non-member veterinarian per year to attend at the non-member rate after which the non-member rate applies. 
  • Menu and program are subject to change.  
  • Cancellations made after the registration deadline are subject to billing.  
  • First-time applicants for membership will enjoy membership through the end of the year.
  • Check in at registration and always sign in so that we have a formal record of your attendance.
  • If you can't attend, you may send a substitute to fill your spot
  • Payment is not a registration.  Always register to avoid late or walk-in fees
