Friendly Reminders
- If you registered and are unable to attend, cancel as early as possible.
- No-shows are billed to the member/clinic.
- Vet Tech and colleague no-shows are billed to the member.
- Members may invite one non-member veterinarian per year to attend at the non-member rate after which the non-member rate applies.
- Menu and program are subject to change. Cancellations are appreciated as early as possible.
- Cancellations made after the registration deadline are subject to billing.
- First-time applicants for membership will enjoy membership through the end of the year.
