Dr. Richard Jeffries is currently the Director of the Outreach Programs at the Colorado School for the Deaf and the Blind where he manages state-wide services for Deaf and Hard of Hearing & Blind and Vision Impaired children throughout the State of Colorado. Previously, he worked as a school administrator for eight years and has more than twenty-five years of experience in the area of literacy development and instruction.
