Deep Dive into Personal Exploration and Embodied Relational Play

Following DARe coursework, we will have an opportunity to deepen our learning while enjoying Blue Spirit Costa Rica, set in one of the world's designated "Blue Zones,” a truly healing environment.

Patti will guide using relational games and exercises designed to open up our healthy, hardwired attachment systems toward authentic relating as well as relaxation and play. These exercises will build upon each other to anchor profound changes in our personal lives with greater compassion, self acceptance and appreciation - perhaps uncovering surprising and delightful parts of ourselves that have remained hidden for years, maybe decades, as we are witnessed for who we truly are.

  • Experiences of silence and presence without words
  • Guided meditations
  • Experiential games in dyads and small groups
  • Movement exercises designed to enhance the felt sense of yourself
  • Journal writing and art to document changes and awareness
  • Free time to explore

What makes this retreat so remarkable?

  • Deliciously fresh organic gourmet meals
  • Amazing, healing environment of a “Blue Zone”
  • The ocean, the sky, and the jungle!
  • Beautiful surroundings and delightful lodging options
  • Meet other amazing somatic practitioners and create lasting friendships
