REGISTRATION OPTIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS

GENERAL ATTENDEES

Full Conference Includes:

Overnight accommodations on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday

All meals from Thursday dinner through Sunday lunch

MULTIPLE REGISTRANTS

If you are registering more than one person for the conference, select the "ADD" button under Guest Information on the registration form, and enter all required fields.  You may register up to two additional guests.  Once you've completed the full registration process including payment, an automated email confirmation will be sent to the original registrant only.  You are free to forward that confirmation to your guest(s).

If you are registering more than one person for DIFFERENT registration types (for example one as an overnight and one as a commuter), please specify those details where requested.

COMMUTER REGISTRATION

If you are registering to commute to the conference and plan to attend every day , please select the appropriate conference registration type- Commuter: Full Conference (Thur-Sun).

If you would like to register to attend ONLY SELECT DAYS, as a commuter, please choose "Commuter: Select Commuter Days Only" in the registration fee type and then choose EACH day you plan to attend farther down the registration page. You will only be charged for those days.

Registration includes meals as follows:

Thursday (No Overnight): Dinner

Friday (No Overnight): Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner

Saturday (No Overnight): Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner

Sunday (No Overnight): Breakfast and Lunch to Go

• Zoom registration includes plenary sessions ONLY; small group sessions on Friday and Saturday afternoons are NOT offered via Zoom
• Registration fee includes virtual attendance for registrant and his/her household
• Registrant must be 18 or older

IMPORTANT: All Zoom registrants will receive an email ahead of time with details about how to access the conference online. Please keep track of your Zoom invite as we will be unable to issue a new link during the conference itself, and techincal support will be extremely limited.

We encourage attendees to familiarize themselves with the Zoom webinar platform by reading Zoom Basics for Webinar Attendees.

This year we are excited to offer the option to view the conference with simultaneous interpretation in Polish and Italian. If you are interested in watching the talks in Polish or Italian please reach out to Fr. Laporte or Fr. Wit to get the details. This will be provided over Zoom for free and the interpretation schedules can be found below.
