Transformative gifts may vary in type and size depending on the organization, but all transformative gifts share one attribute: the carefully cultivated relationship between the donor and the organization. In this session we will discuss strategies to engage donors in meaningful relationships and creating a desire for donors to truly help you transform your organization. Alice Archabal, Chief Development Officer and Vice President of Development at the Medical College of Wisconsin and Froedtert Hospital, will lend her varied experience at organizations such as St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, Feeding America, and Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago, to demonstrate strategies to build strong donor relationships that have the potential to lead to transformative gifts for your institution.
