We'll talk about how we define a successful fundraiser in today’s development world and how that definition is rapidly evolving.

Shane’s development experience includes work in special events, alumni relations, annual giving, major giving, capital campaigns and planned giving.  Prior to joining ThedaCare in 2012, he served in development roles with the CP Center of Green Bay, the Muscular Dystrophy Association, the UW-Green Bay Foundation, and the Trout Museum of Art in Appleton.  Shane earned his undergraduate degree from UW-Green Bay, his masters degree from St.Norbert, and has completed the executive education program in fundraising management at Indiana University’s Lilly Family School of Philanthropy.
