MORE INFORMATION:

• Onsite Registration and Lodge Check-in begins Friday, August 10, 2018 at 4:00 pm. 
• Saturday ONLY Attendants should arrive Saturday, August 11, 2018 at 8:00 am for Breakfast.
• Departure on Sunday, August 12, 2018 will be at 7:00 am, as we will have Breakfast at Turner Chapel AME prior to worship service.
• Weekend acitivities will include sports and recreational activities for all attendants.
• Workship classes will be held throughout the weekend.
• There will be NO REFUNDS or NO REIMBURSEMENTS for monies paid.
• ALL PAYMENTS should be FINALIZED & PAID in FULL no later than August 2, 2018.

CAMP INFORMATION:

• Sleeping arrangement is bunk beds.
• Campers need to bring linen, a pillow, towels, and toiletries (soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.)
• Of you're on a special diet, please be mindful to bring what you need and avoid what you should not eat.
• DO NOT forget medications you may need to take during the retreat.
• The minimum age is 7th grader.  A parental permission form is required if you are under 18 years old.
