POOL/PACT HR Attendance Policy

Certificate Programs:  Participation in all originally scheduled sessions of multi-day certificate programs is mandatory in order to receive the certificate of completion and CEUs.  Participants who miss more than two hours of the program will not be eligible to receive the certificate until all sessions are completed in their entirety.

Essential Management Skills in the Public- Sector Certificate Program - Elko

This four-session program has been created to assist supervisors and managers in learning to build credibility through effective communication, time management, and performance management skills.  This workshop-based program is an invaluable opportunity for participants to learn proven techniques to make them more effective leaders in their organizations.  Participants will need to be available to attend all four sessions.  Completion of all four sessions is required to earn a certificate.  

Participants will receive a comprehensive training manual that can be used as a reference after the course. 

This course is limited to 24 seats; registration will be based on a first-come, first-served basis.
