Poultry Processing Hands-on Training

This training event will prepare you to slaughter, process and sell poultry under a Massachusetts state slaughter license. In addition to plenty of hands-on instruction, we will cover HACCP and other food safety and sanitation measures, product handling and storage, recordkeeping, and post-harvest storage and transportation.
