Poultry Workshop Series: Processing (Oct. 3)

Come to a processing day to learn how to process chickens on your own! In addition to plenty of hands-on instruction, we will cover food safety training, product handling and storage, humane slaughter, and post-harvest storage and transportation. Most importantly, we will be there to answer your questions – and believe us, you will have questions!
