Changing Climate: Adapting to New Regulations 

The CUB Policy Center, in partnership with the University of Oregon School of Law, is pleased to announce its fourth annual policy conference, Changing Climate: Adapting to New Regulations. This conference will explore the challenges and opportunities facing utilities in the Pacific NW as federal law introduces new regulations to mitigate greenhouse gas emissions. The program is specifically designed to educate utility analysts, policy analysts, attorneys, industry professionals, stakeholders, and others. This event will take place on October 24^th, 2014, at the University of Oregon’s White Stag Block in Old Town Portland.
