Learn about the history of RIM in the discovery process and its evolution through the electronic age.  You'll have a better understanding of workflows and RIM's role in proactive eDiscovery.

Data Mapping and ESI Workflows - Mark G. Walker, VP Advisory Services, iControl ESI (bio)

Learn how to organize and chart the sources of your organization's information, and understand the flow of electronically stored information in the organization from source to discovery. 

Litigation Response Teams - Mark G. Walker

In this program, you'll learn the composition and make-up of litigation and discovery response teams, and how to take this information and participate more effectively in your own organization when dealing with regulatory inquiry or litigation.

Professional Development - Robin Athlyn Thompson, CEDS, IGP, CIP IGp
