9.15.20 VIRTUAL CLASS When Death Comes; Estate Planning (3.0 Clock Hours) 

This is a class that every Real Estate Licensee should take every five (5) years. Our customers are living longer, but when death comes, so do questions about selling Real Estate. Who do they call first? Their trusted Real Estate professional. Many attendees will use this class on a more personal basis to get knowledge and a better understanding of Estate Planning. This will not only be for your customers, but for yourselves as well. Wills, power of attorney, trusts, and probate are just a few of the topics that are addressed.
