CLASS-Professional Standards (Training for Associations)-4.0 Clock Hours

This is a fast paced class geared specifically for members of the grievance committee, professional standards committee and the Board of Directors. The class covers the role of the grievance committee, the hearing panel and the board of directors in the professional standards enforcement process.  Members across the country have asked for a more expedited process and NAR has answered. Learn all about the policy options available and how to adopt them for your association. There will be group exercises (no Zumba…), case studies and perhaps a quiz or two (don’t worry…you won’t be graded).
