Who we are:
- a non-profit organization of dynamic women in all levels of leadership
- we offer incredible examples of balancing careers, family, faith, and community service
- we draw upon the entrepreneurial spirit of our members to produce a forward-looking, community-minded, cross-disciplinary organization that responds to challenges faced by women
- we share a commitment to excellence while offering encouragement, inspiration, mentorship, and friendship

How we give back:
- leadership and mentoring to women of all leadership levels
- volunteering at local events
- support of community events like the Non-Traditional Employment for Women Conference at the AK Smith Center through money and volunteering
- donations of money and other items to Salvation Army of Michigan City and Salvation Army of La Porte to help women and families in need
