ART of CONSTELLATION FACILITATION PROGRAM

This is a rigorous course for those who truly want to master the art of constellation facilitation. In over twenty years of teaching, including training internationally, I have honed my course to create an effective, engaging, and lasting learning experience for participants. Participants' continue learning from this program even after the course has ended. The course includes:

• Ten 2.5 hour Zoom sessions in module 1.
• Two four-day intensives, with module 3 planned to be live at the farm in Oregon.
• In class demos with your issues and cases.
  
• A Thinkific online classroom to support your learning between sessions and create community.
• Video teaching segments.
  
• Between session learning activities.
• Additional online coaching sessions.
• Video feedback and coaching with Jane.
• Observing a public workshop with Jane facilitating in Module 3.
• Certification is available for those who complete the required elements.
  

Module 1: The Art of Inquiry (Online)
Starts Friday, October 23, 2020
11:30 am to 2:00 pm Pacific Time
2.5 hrs every other week through January 31st.

• Quickly build rapport, permission, and agreement with your client
• Detect your client’s internal regulation patterns & coping strategies
• Master our quick effective methods for getting to client’s real issue
• Select the best question and elements to place

Module 2: The Art of Reading Pattern (Currently planned as an online intensive) 
April 15-18, 2021

• Quickly identify the dynamics in the constellation
• Identify effective openings for change in the current pattern
• Recognize & use pivotal “hot spots” & “turning points”
• Foster ownership for change in clients

Module 3: The Art of Dancing with Groups (Online if necessary, otherwise IN PERSON at our small farm in Aurora, Oregon)
June 17-20, 2021

• Master the double triangle model of leading a constellation within a group
• Identify & regulate split groups successfully so all benefit
• Create the necessary safety to enable deeper truths to emerge
• Facilitate self-generated solutions from within the group

LOCATION
The online portion of the program will take place via Zoom webinar.  To join you need only a computer, an internet browser, and a smart phone style headset. The in-person session will take place south of the Portland area on a new organic small farm.

Program Trainer
Jane Peterson, PhD, is the founder and director of the Human Systems Institute, Inc. She is a renowned trainer of systemic constellation work in Asia, Brazil, Mexico, Canada, Europe, and the U.S. She served on the faculty of the annual Systemic Constellation Intensive in Bernried, Germany from 2007 to 2015, and taught in the International Organizational Constellation Training Intensive in 2004, 2006, and 2010.  Dr. Peterson served as a contributing writer, editor, and member of the Advisory Board for The Knowing Field Magazine from 2006 through 2012. In addition to being a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, a Certified Professional Behavioral Coach, she holds a doctorate in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University.  She is an INFOSYON Certified Master Trainer.
