4.5-day Intensive Master Class in Reading Groups & Patterns in Constellation Work

In this intensive master class, you will participate in constellations led by student facilitators under the guidance of international master trainer, Jane Peterson, PhD. Using video playback coaching, we will capture the interactions between the facilitator, the client, the representatives, and the group. You will learn to:

• See and use the group as a mirror of the client and constellation.
  
• Track the group's energy and key behaviors to regulate the pacing of the constellation.
  
• Use the group (and well-timed humor) to regulate the client and yourself.
• Handle difficult individuals in a group with grace.
  
• Quickly create safety so that the work can go deeper.
  
• Understand what a "group" really is energetically and how that makes your work easier.
• Read patterns in the constellations on the floor more quickly.
• Track the emerging "hot spots" and "turning points" so it looks like you're leading even when you're following.
• Balance your roles in facilitating the "inside" (c0nstellation) and "outside" (group) using the double triangle model.

• Three instructor-led morning training sessions.
• Observe and participate in four instructor-led video coaching sessions.
• Represent and be a client for the facilitators, coached by Dr. Peterson.
• Free participation in the Sunday public workshop led by Jane Peterson, PhD.

Program Trainer     
Jane Peterson, PhD, is the founder and director of the Human Systems Institute, Inc. She is a renowned trainer of systemic constellation work in Asia, Brazil, Mexico, Canada, Europe, and the U.S. She taught on the faculty of the annual Systemic Constellation Intensive in Bernried, Germany from 2007 - 2015.  Dr. Peterson has been a contributing writer, and a former editor and member of the Advisory Board for The Knowing Field Magazine. In addition to being a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, a Certified Professional Behavioral Coach, she holds a doctorate in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University.  She is an INFOSYON Certified Master Trainer.
