Kokua Mau: Virtual Palliative Care Conference August 9, 10 &11, 2016

We are hosting 'Challenges on the Front Lines: Effective Approaches to Complex Cases' a virtual conference hosted by the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO), the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine (AAHPM) and the Hospice and Palliative Nurses Association (HPNA) on August 9, 10 &11 in Hawai'i.

Please consult the conference agenda for the topics for each day's plenaries and workshops.

Please register by August 1 to make sure you get access to the conference handouts and coffee in the morning at the days of the conference.

The conference takes place entirely online in "real time," live streaming through the Internet from 6:30am-noon HST. You can save the cost of travel and participate in a national conference to increase your skills and knowledge and qualify for continuing education credits.

We meet at a central location in Honolulu for all three days to watch the streamed live presentations together, starting at 6:30 am HST (12:30 PM EST).

We will send an email to registered participants only about location, room number and details - seating is limited, please sign up today.

More about the virtual conference on our website.

This conference is brought to you for free through the generous support of HMSA and Kokua Mau.

You can sign up for just one, any two or all three days.

Please note: The way the Constant Contact software is set up, you have to register for each day separately. Since we need an accurate head count, please register three times if you want to participate in the entire conference.

Tuesday registration is closed. Please register if you want to be wait-listed.

Note: There is a additional $30 processing fee for continuing education credit for Counselors, Nurses, Physicians and Social Workers. Available only through NHCPO directly online after the conference. Find out more
