Ms. Elias is the Director of Access, Advocacy & Community Relations for Myeloma Canada. She has dedicated her career to helping patients gain access to innovative medical treatments and strongly believes that patients should be given a voice in all aspects of health care policy. Prior to joining Myeloma Canada, Ms. Elias was the Director of National Patient Engagement Strategy at Janssen Inc. She was responsible for developing and implementing industry-leading strategies focused largely on patient advocacy and improving patient access to medication. In addition, Ms. Elias was part of an international advocacy team working on a worldwide patient advocacy strategy that engaged with patient groups in various countries around the world.
