“What the Heck is a  U Visa and Why Am I Being Asked to Certify One”?  This presentation will answer those questions from a Law Enforcement Perspective and an Immigration Attorney’s perspective.  Marc Tetzlaff who is the Victim Specialist for ICE/HSI for Arizona will do a joint presentation with Marysol Angulo who is an experienced Immigration Attorney on the ins and outs of the certification process.  They’ll answer the question of who can certify, why should you certify, why shouldn’t you certify, and the legal requirements for certification.
