Exhibitor Invitation for Nonprofit Fundraiser and Green & Holistic Expo

Green & holistic businesses, and friends of Our BerkshireGreen (businesses that think green but do not necessarily sell a green/holistic product or service), are invited to join us as an exhibitor at our Green & Holistic Expo and Nonprofit Fundraiser. This year our theme is "Art & Music in the Berkshires."

The event will be held inside at Crissey Farm in Great

   Barrington on Friday, November 12, 2010, from

   5:30pm to 8:30pm (see left for more information).



   This is the perfect time to promote your business or

   organzation, sell your products/services to early

   holiday shoppers, make valuable contacts, and

   network with like-minded people while you enjoy the

   festivities. You can also feel good about knowing that

   the proceeds from this event, including your exhibitor

   fee, will benefit three nonprofit organizations:

   The Guthrie Center, Community Access to the Arts, and

   Berkshire Music School.



Exhibitors may sell products and services (we reserve the right to review and approve products). The cost is $35 for a 4' exhibitor space and $65 for an 8' exhibitor space. Fees are payable with your application and include one free admission to the event.

Please note that if more than one person from your company or organization will be working at your exhibitor table, they must register and pay as an attendee.


Setup is from 11:00am to 4:30pm on Friday, November 12. Exhibitors are expected to remain at their tables from 5:30pm until the advertised 8:30pm closing time. Registration deadline is Friday, November 5, 2010.

Exhibitor space includes:

Table, tablecloth, and chairs

Free admission for one ($20 value)

Unlimited food (cash bar)

Free soft drinks, compliments of Crissey Farm

Electrical outlet if needed (limited supply)

Free listing in our event program
