Dan has spent his entire career in human resources management, working for Fortune 100 companies as well as smaller, privately owned enterprises. After graduating from Michigan State University with a Masters Degree in Labor and Industrial Relations, Dan directed human resources depart- ments in both union and non-union environments, with complete human resources management responsibilities for domestic and foreign operations. Dan provides hundreds of clients with solutions to their human resources issues, and guides them through the myriad of employment laws and regulations. He has conducted extensive training in the areas of employment law, regulatory compliance, performance management, and effec- tive supervision. Dan has been the keynote speaker at staffing associations, industry groups, Chambers of Commerce, and human resource seminars, and is the published author of the book, Job Killers: How government regulation increases unemployment... and the solution that can get Americans back to work now.
