A workshop ideal for those who are currently running a 5K and 10K and want to improve their technique and speed.
We will look at three key components of good running form: Posture, Alignment and Pelvis Stability. By implementing running drills we will look to “imprint proper and efficient bio-mechanics through the entire running gait cycle”.
