Affidavit Judgment Defense in District Court

This program is open to Maryland attorneys willing to provide pro bono legal services to consumer defendants in brief advice clinics in Baltimore City. Training will cover the affidavit judgment process; special topics including auto repossession, landlord/tenant, student loans, and more; and the interplay of consumer litigation with bankruptcy.
