On-site Gathering STANDARDS:

 

GUIDELINES

In conjunction with your efforts to be personally responsible, we have established the following guidelines:

• If you are elderly or immune-compromised, we ask that you remain at home.
• Every person entering the building must wear a mask and be willing to have their temperature taken.
• If we have an adequate number of volunteers, we will provide a nursery for ages 2 and under only.  

-No CM3 (children) environments until further notice. 

-Children are WELCOME to attend but are REQUIRED to sit with their parent(s) at all times.

• In accordance with state standards – no food or drink may be brought into the building.  You may bring a water bottle if needed. 
• The on-site gatherings will be designed to follow the state guidelines addressing social distancing.  These will be formatted as a “no contact” experience. 
• Dismissal will be strategic to help with social distancing. 

REQUIREMENTS

In order to ensure a safe and secure experience for our NCC family, we are requiring those wanting to attend the on-site gatherings to RSVP and receive a ticket in advance. Please review the details below:

• There is NO cost to come to New City Church. 
• RSVPing simply helps us accommodate safe, social distancing.
• Anyone can RSVP. The ticket RSVP link will be provided within the next week. 
• Weekly RSVPing will reopen each Thursday afternoon following our weekly on-site gathering.
• We only have 155 tickets per on-site gathering. Tickets are first come, first serve.
• PSM (youth) environments are also setup to keep safety and social distance guidlines. 

PRECAUTIONS

The following is a list of precautions we have taken to ensure your safety upon reopening:

• The building has been deep cleaned.
• We will utilize ozone machines weekly to disinfect surfaces on all levels.
• Hand sanitizer will be placed strategically throughout the building.
• Directional signage has been posted to assist with the flow of traffic.  Please be observant and help us with this process.
• We have spaced all seats in the sanctuary to abide by the social-distancing standards.  When you arrive, find the group of chairs needed for your family.
