Purpose: This curriculum will equip practitioners, teachers, therapists and parents with a thorough and comprehensive program to help ensure the early learners in their care are achieving developmental goals and are able to reach their full potential as they grow.  This training will discuss how to implement the curriculum, how to take data to track progress, and how to make sure that the curriculum is matching the child's IFSP/IEP.

Audience: Early Intervention practitioners, Preschool special educators, anyone interested in learning more about this curriculum.

Presenter: Scott Rieger is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a Nationally Certified Counselor who has been working with individuals with autism and their families since 1993.  He received his undergraduate degree in Special Education from Trenton State College and his Master’s degree in Counseling from the College of New Jersey.  In addition, he received his Educational Supervisor’s Certification from Rutgers University where he also completed the requisite coursework to sit for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst’s Examination.
Scott began his career working with adults with autism in community employment settings for the Eden Family of Services where he eventually served as the Assistant Director of Employment Services.  He assisted the Middlesex Regional Educational Services Commission in the development of an ABA program for children with autism and intensive behavioral needs.  From 2003 to 2017 Scott worked as an independent contractor for Sunny Days serving as an ABA team leader within the New Jersey Early Intervention System.  He is presently the Autism Clinical Educator for Sunny Days.
