North Dakota Department of Health: Emergency Preparedness & Response 2018 Full Scale CMS Exercise 

The Bismarck Full Scale CMS exercise will consist of a flood scenario requiring evacuation of a medical facility. All necessary training and exercise will be conducted as part of the exercise. Participants will receive instruction and hands on practice to meet objectives.
