Join us for the 30th Annual Conference! ECCC's Annual Conference is a rejuvenating time for education and camaraderie. 

• Shuttles will be available for one-way or roundtrip transport to/from Indianapolis, and are included in all registration fees. Please send transportation plans to Ashley@EpiscopalCCC.org. 
• Use this form to apply for a scholarship, and submit BEFORE registering.
• Please note that due to space at Waycross, we have a limited number of single rooms available. We are offering a conference-only rate for those wishing to take advantage of the nearby inn options. 
• Fee Information: 
  • A late surcharge of $50 will apply after December 31, 2019.
  • During registration, you'll have the option to add donations for hospitality and to the scholarship fund.  These are optional.
  • Airport transportation is included in these registration fees.
  • The following rates are for the first registrant from your center. Each subsequent registrant pays $25 less, with the exception of the commuter rate.  
    • Single Room with Private Bath: $850 SOLD OUT
    • Double Room with Private Bath: $600 SOLD OUT
    • Dormitory-style (2-4 per room) with Shared Bathroom: $495
    • Cabin with Outside Bathroom: $350
    • Commuter Rate: $300, or $75/day
      • There are two towns about a 20-minute drive from Waycross. Martinsville, Indiana is 20 minutes north, and has a Holiday Inn Express. 20-minutes south is the former artist colony of Nashville, Indiana. If searching for an AirBNB or VRBO, search for Morgantown, IN or Bean Blossom, IN.
