What's an Encounter Weekend?

An Encounter Weekend is a life-changing experience as we meet the true and living God through teachings, Bible study, worship, and fellowship. The leadership team is already praying and fasting both for you individually and for this weekend. We look forward to a fresh move of God among us as we gather together.

Three major areas are addressed during the weekend.
They are:

the past (bondage and emothional hurt)
the present (practical help in dealing with current life issues)
the future (God's plan and dream for your life)

Whether you are attending the Encounter as a new believer or as a mature Christian seeking more intimacy with God, the Encounter Retreat is a great investment in your relationship with your Heavenly Father. This special time has been described as a "radical change in 48 hours," and that's exactly what it is!

Please come to the weekend with a focus and desire to encounter God, hear from God, and be changed by God!

Register Now!Cost: The cost of the event is $75.00, which includes lodging for Friday and Saturday nights, the meals listed below, and materials

Time:

Check-in will begin on Friday, September 21, at 6:00 PM. The Encounter will start at 7:00 PM and ends by 10:00 AM on Sunday, September 23.

Meals:

There will not be a Friday evening meal, but snacks will be served following the Friday night opening session. Three meals will be provided on Saturday and donuts will be served Sunday morning.

What to bring:

Casual Clothes
Toiletries, hair dryer, etc.
Bible
Snacks for sharing
As you will be sleeping at the church, please bring a sleeping bag or air mattress along with a pillow, blanket and towel.

Post-Encounter Classes:

Following the Encounter Weekend, all Encounter participants are encouraged to attend an 8-week class which will meet on Sunday mornings from 9:00 to 10:30 AM. Registration for the class can be done at the Encounter.
