7th Annual Donate Life Walk

Walking is good - walking for a cause is great! Come join us on Sunday, September 21st for the Donate Life Awareness Walk at the Sparks Marina. Meet fellow donor families, local transplant recipients and community supporters --- as we all celebrate LIFE with entertainment, a raffle and a fun walk around the Marina. The event will honor donors and their families, as well as help raise awareness of the life-saving possibilities opened up by organ, eye and tissue donation.

As one of our donor families, you are invited to join Team Sierra Donor Services. As a member of our team, we will pay your registration fee, provide you with a free team t-shirt and a goody bag the day of the walk.

Event Schedule:

8:00 General Registration and Pick-Up Team T-shirt with Goody Bag

8:30 a.m. Donor Family Recognition Ceremony

9:00 a.m. Walk begins!

10:30 a.m. Team Photo Under Balloon Arch

Deadline to register for our team is Friday, August 29, 2014.

Memorial Sign

To honor your loved one who gave the gift of life, a Memorial sign is offered free of charge. The sign will be displayed the day of the walk and you may take it home with you after the event. The sign is a gift thanks to the generosity of those in our community. If you participated in the walk last year and already have a sign, we ask you bring that sign with you.

Please be aware due to the size of the sign, we are unable to mail it to families who are cannot attend the event.
