Registration for the 1000 Islands Charity Poker Run!
This is for SILVER SPONSORS!
Silver Sponsorship receives wristbands for FOUR people in all events, this would include Driver, Navigator plus 2 Crew Members. (If you need more than 4 wristbands you may add additional Crew Members for $195 each in a separate registration.)

PAYMENT OPTIONS: When registering, the only option it lets you choose is 'Pay by Check'. We're hoping you can help us avoid credit card fees and would appreciate your sponsorship payment via check made payable to: 1000 Islands Charity Poker Run & sent to address below.

Once you have completed your registration you will receive a separate email sent through our PayPal with an invoice. There will be a link to complete your payment using a credit card if paying by check is not an option for you. 

Your Registration includes a Dock Slip at the Clayton Harbor Municipal Marina for Thursday, Friday & Saturday Nights. Slip assignments will not be given out until you arrive at the event!
