The entry fee is $750 and includes the driver and one crew member. This includes your entry fee for the poker run, event t-Shirt, Captain’s Gift, Saturday morning breakfast, lunch, and dinner and attendance at awards banquet and auction on Saturday Night.
Entry Fee - $750. This includes: boat registration for poker run, captain and 1 crew member. It also includes: dock slip for Thurs. - Saturday Nights, Captain’s Gift, event t-shirt, Saturday breakfast, lunch, dinner reception & attendance at awards banquet and auction on Saturday night.
Additional Crew Members are $175 per person. You can register them now or separately until a couple weeks prior to the event.

Proof of insurance is required with your entry and must submitted to us by MAY 1, 2020 - failure to send your proof of insurance may forefit your registration to the event. You may submit your proof of insurance by:

The 1000 Islands Harbor Hotel is the Host Hotel for the Event again this year. Rooms are first come first serve, based on time of registration. Once you register, we will send your information to the Hotel in order by time of registration.
PLEASE DO NOT CALL THE HARBOR HOTEL! Registrations are sent in order to the Hotel and they will contact you to finalize your registration.
If you already have other accommodations set up, please let us know or just let the Harbor Hotel know when they call you.

Registration includes dock space/rafts for Thursday, Friday & Saturday Nights - July 16, 17 & 18, 2020 at the Clayton Harbor Municipal Marina or the Antique Boat Museum. (FIRST COME FIRST SERVE!)
The TICPR Committee and/or Harbormaster reserves the right to make changes to slip assignments based on the needs and logistics of the event.
If you plan on coming before Thursday you are responsible for reserving your own dock slip through the town of Clayton -Clayton Harbor Marina.
