Exploring the Seven Factors of Awakening

This course will explore each aspect of the Seven Factors of Awakening. Mindfulness, Investigation, Energy, Joy, Tranquility, Concentration, Equanimity. We will explore directly how we can more deeply incorporate these qualities into our daily life. Each week will include meditation practice, discussion, and Q & A periods.
