Exploring the Noble Eightfold Path
Join us for this course that will explore each aspect of the Noble Eightfold Path as a way of deepening our understanding of what leads to freedom from suffering. Wise View, Wise Intention, Wise Speech, Wise Action, Wise Livelihood, Wise Effort, Wise Mindfulness, and Wise Concentration will all be investigated to help us see more clearly the ways to deep happiness and reduce harm to ourselves and the world. Each week will include meditation practice, discussion, and Q & A periods.
