Conference Sponsor – Premium Sponsorship Package $25,000

(Limited to 1 sponsor)

Product Showcase - $2,000

Interested in showcasing your product? Sign up for our Product Showcase sponsorship which includes up to 90-minutes of showcase time. Invite prospects and pitch your product*.

Product showcase includes:

• Advance copy of the registrants’ email addresses to be used for promotion
• Promotion in the program book (brief description of your product showcase along with the date/time of your session)
• Announcement about your showcase date/time at the opening plenary Day 1

*Product Showcase sponsors are responsible for promoting their session and getting attendees to their session. Habitat for Humanity Texas will encourage participation by offering a drawing for those who attend.

  

Breakout Sessions - $1,000

Sponsor one of the many educational sessions offered at the conference. This is a great opportunity to present your company to a specific segment of conference attendees – Fundraising, Construction, Green Building, Affiliate Operations, ReStore, Finance, and many other disciplines. Sponsorship benefits include:

• Introduction by the session leader at the opening of the workshop
• 5-minute speaking opportunity to highlight your company, product or services
• ¼ page color ad in program book
• Materials included in participants’ tote-bags
• Post-event access to list of conference participants (includes names and emails)

 

Networking Break Sponsor  - $1,000*

(Limited to 3 sponsors)

This is the perfect opportunity to highlight your company without having to even be present at the conference. After each session, attendees have the opportunity to take a break in the main conference hall. Our past experience shows that they are eager to visit and do take time to take a break in between sessions. Sponsor benefits include:

• Company information will be displayed on the jumbo screen in the conference hall during one networking break (which lasts 30 minutes); information can include logo and company information; product information; or other customized message (subject to approval by Habitat for Humanity Texas)
• Company listing on signage recognizing your sponsorship of the networking break; signage will be placed in the exhibitor/break area
• Company listed in the conference program along with other network break sponsors
• Materials included in attendees’ tote bags

Exhibitor – Business Rate - $750/Nonprofit Rate - $500
