Join your peers for our Annual Educational Conference.

Day 1 - Training Day

Day 1 (Wednesday, September 22) Join DATCP and BEOH for a day of training and updates regarding various aspects pertaining to your career. A full list of topics and sessions will be posted later on the WEHA website. Watch for conference grid updates in the future. Please note: some of the topics DATCP are presenting will be presented virtually with live question and answer time alloted.

Days 2 & 3 - The Conference

Day 2 (Thursday, September 23) The agenda will contain various topics relating to food safety and general EH.

Day 3 (Friday, September 24) There will be two general sessions and a closing session with our featured speaker. This year, WEHA is proud to sponsor:

Can't make the whole conference? Only want to attend the conference and not the training day? You have the option to attend Day 1 only, Day 2 & 3 only, or all 3 days.

Registration Information:

Current WEHA members register at a discount. Not a WEHA member? Please join as a member at https://weha.net/membership/, then come back and register.

Registration will close September 18, 2021, to allow printing and organization of agendas and packets as well as accurate food counts (please make sure to mark only the meals you plan to attend).

Day 1- Wednesday (Training Day) will go all day (8:00 am-5:00 pm), breakfast, lunch and snacks are included in registration. Following the training, the annual WEHA business meeting will take place, all are encouraged to attend.

Day 2- Thursday will run all day 7:30 am-5:00 pm, and will include the following meals/breaks: hot breakfast, morning and afternoon snacks, and lunch. Make sure to sign up for the Leinenkugal event. For $20 you will receive shuttle to and from the brewery, brewery tour, pizza, three 12 oz. tastings, and 10% off any merchandise purchases. To pay separately for the event, re-register using a different email address and mark event only and add a number 1 in the event field.

Day 3- Friday is a half day running from 8:00 am-12:30 pm, and will include a hot breakfast.

Hotel Information:

A block of reduced rate rooms is currently available at Holiday Inn Eau Claire South 1-715-830-9889 (single $82 or double room rate $92). Reference WEHA-Wisconsin Environmental Health Association when calling. Make sure to get your room reserved right away since we cannot guarantee there will be rooms available closer to the event. Room block will be held until September 7, 2021.

Payments for the Conference:

Payments can be made through Paypal, mailed check, or by credit card (non Paypal account). To pay with credit card and not use a Paypal account, you will need to register first, mark the box "pay by check",  then call Brian at 715-485-8532 to provide credit card info and he will manually run your card. Your registration will be marked paid once confirmation of payment is received.

Silent Auction:

There will be an awesome silent auction to raise money for student scholarships. Bring your checkbook or credit card and spend some time Holiday shopping.

Great door prizes will be drawn and awarded to those in attendance after the final session on Friday.
