CBN - Update on PRC Employment and Labor Law
Jeffrey Wilson will speak on the latest developments in PRC labor and employment law,
including the efforts by the PRC government to limit the increase in labor costs as well as
to create flexible labor markets. He will also discuss experiences working with many of
the largest American and European companies on their labor and employment work in
China, including worker unrest and dispute resolution in arbitration tribunals and courts.
He also plans to cover the recent tightening of laws governing foreigners working in China
as well as the rules for foreign students to take internships in the country. He presented on a
similar topic for CBN in 2011. We are excited to have him for a return engagement!
