In one way or another, every woman goes through this time…sometimes abruptly (as in hysterectomy), sometimes our hormones torture us for years (my mom took about 10 years to get through Menopause completely). Some women don’t really notice it, some seem to suffer each and every day.
While we can’t completely control this time in our lives, we can continue to thrive, enjoy life and minimize the toll it takes on us.
