Charity Golf Outing 

Join us Monday, August 3, 2015 at the beautiful Maple Bluff Country Club for around of golf to benefit LOCAL programs and services that support the thousands of people in southern Wisconsin facing Alzheimer's disease or another form of dementia. There is not yet a cure for Alzheimer's disease but there are strategies and treatments that can  help maximize the quality of life for all affected. The Alzheimer's & Dementia Alliance of Wisconsin has been leading the way since 1985.
