Room reservations for this event must be made by individual attendees.

The discounted room rate for Wedneday and Thursday night is $99.99 for reservations plus a $19.95 nightly resort fee, which includes passes to waterpark, free parking, free daily newspaper and access to fitness center). Rooms are reserved on a first come, first serve basis and are limited.

Sponsors: Current sponsors, you should have received an email with details. Make sure you register and sign up quickly to get best spots. Not a current sponsor? It's not too late. You can still become an HFMA sponsor so you can exhibit at this event. Contact sponsor chair Art Mertig at amertig@ashlandmmc.com with any sponsor related questions.

Attendees: Plan on attending the exhibits and mingling with our sponsors throughout the day and during the Cocktail Reception.
